The neighborhood is bordered on the east/west by N Second Street and Washington Street, and on the north/south by E Mound Street and E Laramie Street. When fully built out, the Raven Hills neighborhood will include up to 60 new homes. Various lot sizes are available. Building standards will ensure that the style of the neighborhood (primarily single-family houses) will blend in with the older, historic homes in Atchison.

Raven Hills is being developed by Vision 4 First, LLC – a partnership of David and LeeAnn Egger and John and Becky Thomas, lifelong friends and local real estate developers who have completed a number of stand-alone projects in Atchison and other successful planned communities throughout eastern Kansas. The Eggers have a daughter and son-in-law who graduated from Benedictine College, and they own a home in Atchison.
